All services are provided on a best-effort basis. Results such as leads, sales, revenue, or ROI are not guaranteed.

4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

 

EMWE media LLC does not guarantee specific results, earnings, lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Market conditions

  • Offer quality

  • Sales process and follow-up

  • Budget

  • Platform policies

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Client Responsibilities

 

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond in a timely manner when approvals or feedback are required

  • Maintain access to required accounts (ad accounts, CRM, websites, etc.)

  • Comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising policies

Delays caused by missing access, approvals, or materials may affect timelines and results.


6. Payments and Fees

 

All fees are disclosed before services begin and are due according to the agreed payment terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Late payments may result in paused or terminated services

  • You are responsible for all third-party costs (ad spend, software fees, subscriptions)

7. Intellectual Property

 

All materials created by EMWE media LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content, strategies, systems, or materials provided by EMWE media LLC without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

 

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.


9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMWE media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.


10. Third-Party Services


We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or services. EMWE media LLC is not responsible for outages, changes, policy updates, or performance issues caused by third parties.


11. Termination


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.


12. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
